The Marché Vernaison
The Marché Vernaison is, historically, the cradle of the Flea Market and has remained the most faithful to the spirit of the Flea Market of the past. Its picturesque and winding aisles are reminders of the piecemeal development of the Flea Market.
It focuses resolutely on the sale of a wide range of different items in their original condition and as a paradise for seekers of bric-à-brac and collectors it contains a hotchpotch of silverware, furniture, ceramics, old picture frames, scientific instruments, key rings, beads, old toys, items associated with schooling, and even all that is merely a brief résumé of the host of lucky finds to be made in this historic market.
